We proudly offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on all bell tents.
- All orders are shipped via Australia Post
- Delivery times follow Australia Post’s standard delivery guidelines
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Metro Areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional Areas: 5–10 business days
- Remote/WA/NT/TAS: 7–14 business days
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Prefer to collect? Local pickup is available by appointment—please contact us before ordering to arrange.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel or provide clear Authority to Leave instructions.
🔁 Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we will provide a replacement or refund in the case of:
- Faulty or damaged items
- Incorrect items sent
- Manufacturing defects
To lodge a return request:
- Email us at uniqueglampingaustralia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, photos, and a brief explanation
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of approval
Return shipping is covered by us for approved defect or warranty cases.

All bell tents are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, which includes:
- Material or stitching defects
- Structural issues due to manufacturing faults
- Faulty zippers, seams, or poles
Not covered:
- Weather-related damage or mould from storing wet
- General wear and tear
- Improper use or accidental damage
